Renewww Non-Profit Marketing has a long history of promoting events. Most recently we helped promote Earth Day 2023, a key fundraiser for AVBT. Through social media and email promotion attendance went from 900 in 2022 to over 1200 in 2023 A 33% increase! Using the same marketing strategy vendor participation more than doubled from 15 in 2022 to 32 in 2023. Thus vendor revenue for the event increased to over $10,000 even before the doors opened!

In a relatively small sales window, a social media and email marketing campaign generated almost $21,000 in ticket sales. A comprehensive Data Analysis Report is provided each year which means organizers are able to analyze data year after year. It works, because attendance has increased for seven straight years for this event!

A state-or-the-art online mobile-friendly member portal means management hours are down a month from 20 hours to just 3 hours, while still giving members the benefits of digital signups, waiver signatures, renewals, insurance entries and payments. Annual Member Renewals increase 23% this year!
